About Jenny
In 2022 AUSactive awarded Jenny Australian Exercise Professional of the year and Victoria’s Group Exercise Instructor of the year. She has been instructing freestyle group fitness for 20 years and has created valuable resources for freestyle instructors with her FAB freestyle and FAB Boxing CEC courses.
Freestyle group exercise is a fun, challenging and ever changing class. Jenny develops her own choreography and creates her own playlists through ClickMix or U-Mixit.
This freestyle group exercise class is bound to give you a great workout for the body and the brain , combining a low impact cardio and strength workout. Based on freestyle choreography, we work both sides of the body and we face different directions, all to the beat of 60s and 70s music! The class consists of a warm-up (5 minutes), cardio (high or low impact, 30 minutes), resistance training and body weight exercises (10 minutes) and stretch (5 minutes).
Wear loose, comfortable clothes and supportive runners. Bring a drink bottle, exercise mat and towel.
